Please do not send sensitive material, credentials, incident details, or anything subject to a duty of confidentiality through the contact form. We may suspend or revoke access at any time — routinely at the end of an engagement, and immediately where we suspect compromise or misuse.
Do not attempt to disrupt this site or gain access to accounts, data, or systems you have not been authorized to reach. Security testing of this site is not authorized by default. If you have found a vulnerability, we want to hear about it — see responsible disclosure, and we will not pursue good-faith research reported that way.
This site and the portal are provided as they are, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of them. Deliverables in the portal may carry an access expiry; keep your own copy of anything you need to retain.
The content, branding, and design of this site belong to The KKB Group. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables are set by the applicable engagement agreement.
To the extent the law allows, The KKB Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here overrides the liability terms of a signed engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
